I am a Lead Research Data Specialist at the California Department of Public Health, holding a PhD in Economics along with three master's degrees in Economics, Econometrics, and Quantitative Economics. My work spans environmental and resource economics, public health policy, and advanced data systems. I specialize in engineering robust data pipelines, developing automated dashboards, and conducting applied research—including on EMTALA compliance and enforcement actions.
